1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33bmm platform and all its services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and deposited funds being forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of account creation must be truthful and accurate.
• Residents of regions where gambling is prohibited under applicable law may not use this platform.

33bmm may request identity documents or related records at any time for age verification. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 33bmm reserves the right to cancel accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Change your password regularly and avoid passwords that are easy to guess.
• Transferring or selling any account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 33bmm may temporarily suspend it.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33bmm may request identity verification from users. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 33bmm:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits must be made from an account in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.
• 33bmm reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33bmm offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — read the offer details carefully.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• 33bmm reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 33bmm reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games

The results of slots and live casino games are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. Each game has its own rules — read them before starting a game.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bmm platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest play.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.2 Closure by 33bmm

33bmm may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or wrongful activity.
• Bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

13 Dispute Resolution

Report any dispute or complaint to our support team first. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

• The time limit for raising a dispute is within 30 days from the date of the incident.
• If unsatisfied with the support team's decision, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
• 33bmm's decision will be considered final unless applicable law provides otherwise.
